How long does the hair last?

With proper care the hair can last 1-2 years and even more.

 

What are the lengths for your bundles?

For Straight and Body Wave we offer up to 30'.

For Loose Wave we offer 16'-26'.                                                  

For Curly/Wavy textures we offer up to 26'.

 

What lengths do your frontals and closures go up to?

We offer lengths 12-20' 

 

Are your closures and frontals pre-plucked?

No, we do not offer pre-plucked closures or frontals at this time?

 

Can the hair be bleached/dyed?

Yes, being that the hair is 100% Virgin Hair it can be. However, we recommend you have a Salon Professional do it. Laydeeluv Hair is NOT and will NOT be responsible for hair you have damaged.

 

How many bundles do i need? 

For lengths under 18' we suggest 3 bundles.  For lengths over 18' we suggest 4 bundles.

 

If there is something that is not listed on the site, can I place a special order?

Yes! If you would like to place a special order please email us at [email protected] with the specific product you are interested in.

 

What methods of payments do you accept?

We accept Paypal. If you do not have a Paypal account you can check out as a guest on Paypal using your credit/debit card.

 

When will I receive my order?

Once your order has been placed, please allow 24-48 hours for your payment to process. If you place your order on the weekend keep in mind your order will not process until the next business day. After processing it will take 3-5 business days for you to receive your order. If you have placed a special order please allow 5-10 business days.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Your order can be cancelled if you contact us before we ship your order. Once your order has been shipped it can no longer be cancelled.

 

What if my order is delayed?

After shipping your package, Laydeeluv Hair is NOT responsible for late shipments caused by natural disasters and holidays. Nor are we responsible for missing packages. If your shipment is delayed or missing please contact the shipping company with your tracking number on hand.
